Abstract
In this paper, total alkaloids in luotuopeng Tablets are determined by 1st order derivative spectrophotometry, in which process no separation is necessary for the elimination of background interference. This method is simple, accurate and reliable. The average recovery is 100.5% with RSD 0.89%.
摘要
本文采用一阶导数分光光度法测定罗托蓬片中总生物碱的含量，该方法无需分离即可消除背景干扰。此方法简便、准确、可靠。平均回收率为100.5%，相对标准偏差为0.89%。
