Abstract
Of 197 sibships that were evaluated 47.6 per cent, excluding the probands, had undiagnosed uropathology. When the proband had reflux 26.5 per cent of the asymptomatic siblings also had reflux, When the proband had a uropathology other than reflux 13.2 per cent of the siblings had reflux and 46 per cent had other abnormalities.

在接受评估的197个同胞手足中，排除先证者后，47.6%有未确诊的尿路病变。当先证者有反流时，26.5%的无症状同胞手足也有反流；当先证者有除反流以外的尿路病变时，13.2%的同胞手足有反流，46%有其他异常。
