The paper shows the electromyographic contribution looking the physiopathological study of the extrinsic ocular muscles. The electromyogram outcome and its repetition allows to establish one topographic diagnosis of the extrinsic ocular muscles disorders: proper ocular external muscle disorders (ocular myopathia). neuromuscular transmission disorders (myasthenia); lesions of peripheric neurons (neurogenic paralysis); lesions of central innervation (supranuclear lesions).
