OBJECTIVE
Accurate preoperative assessment of aortic invasion by esophageal carcinoma is of great importance for planning surgery. We compared the accuracy of intraaortic endovascular sonography with that of CT in the diagnosis of aortic invasion by esophageal carcinoma.
CONCLUSION
In this study, intraaortic endovascular sonography was sensitive in detecting aortic invasion; both sensitivity and specificity were 100%. Intraaortic endovascular sonography proved useful in detecting aortic invasion by esophageal carcinoma.
目的
食管癌对主动脉侵犯的准确术前评估对于手术规划至关重要。我们比较了主动脉内血管超声与CT在诊断食管癌主动脉侵犯方面的准确性。
结论
在本研究中，主动脉内血管超声在检测主动脉侵犯方面具有敏感性；敏感性和特异性均为100%。主动脉内血管超声被证明在检测食管癌主动脉侵犯方面有用。
