Percutaneous Biliary Drainage (PBD) is a simple, relatively painless and inexpensive palliative procedure, performed in cholestatic jaundice caused by non-operative neoplastic tumor of main biliary ducts (Klatskin's tumor). 60 cases of PBD were presented with special remarks concerning early and late complications. Proper technique preventing complications as well as schematic approach in late complications were described.
经皮胆道引流术(PBD)是一种简单、相对无痛且费用低廉的姑息性手术,用于治疗由肝门部胆管(克氏瘤)非手术性肿瘤引起的胆汁淤积性黄疸。本文报告了60例PBD病例,并对早期和晚期并发症作了特别说明。描述了预防并发症的适当技术以及处理晚期并发症的示意图方法。
