This lecture bring a big interest to every practitioner of the Dental Art. Implantology combined with lingual orthodontics give to the patient esthetic solutions, and also, a new approach in the building of the treatment's plan of the team. Some questions must be settled: orthodontics indications: anatomic, physiologic, periodontal considerations; what is an implant treatment? When must be place the implant? The clinical's possible results! A careful conception of end's treatment previsualization allow to each specialist to have a clear vision of his role and timing.
