Abstract

The purpose of the present investigation was to evaluate the distribution-pattern of the intramural vegetative nerve fibres in cases of vesico-ureteral reflux. Resected specimens of the vesico-ureteral junction of 14 children with primary vesico-ureteral reflux are investigated using histochemical technics for demonstrating acetylcholinesterase (El Badawi and Schenk, 1967). Additionally the catecholamines (Falck et al. 1962) were demonstrated in two of the cases. The results are compared with findings in normal ureters in literature. There was no evidence of a pathological pattern of distribution of the nerve fibres.

本研究的目的是评估膀胱输尿管反流病例中壁内营养神经纤维的分布模式。对14例原发性膀胱输尿管反流患儿的膀胱输尿管连接部切除标本,采用组织化学技术检测乙酰胆碱酯酶(El Badawi和Schenk,1967)。另外,对其中2例病例检测了儿茶酚胺(Falck等,1962)。将结果与文献中正常输尿管的研究结果进行比较。未发现神经纤维分布存在病理模式的证据。
