Abstract
A total of 165 sera and 142 eluates from filtration papers impreggnated with whole blood were examined in reaction of complement fixation against A/Hong Kong 1/68 (H3N2) and B/Johannesburg 3/56 virus. To perform HIT 152 sera and 155 eluates were used. The results obtained were elaborated statistically. The method of filtration papers does not seem to be suitable for HIT, whereas the CFT was in several cases practicable.

对165份血清以及142份用全血浸渍的滤纸洗脱液进行了针对A/香港1/68（H3N2）和B/约翰内斯堡3/56病毒的补体结合反应检测。进行血细胞凝集抑制试验（HIT）时使用了152份血清和155份洗脱液。对所得结果进行了统计学分析。滤纸法似乎不适用于血细胞凝集抑制试验，而补体结合试验（CFT）在某些情况下是可行的。
