Abstract
It's an exciting and therefore dangerous time for nurses. Recognizing the meaning in the events of the time calls for diligence and preparation. Seeing the transformation of health services as an opportunity instead of a crisis is critical to prepare for the emerging roles unfolding in the new health delivery system.
