The association is considered between P. K. Anokhin's ideas and the concept of universal evolutionalism. The interrelation is also analyzed of P. K. Anokhin's concept with the theory of self-organizing systems. The present views on the self-organization principle are analyzed. The prerequisites of development are considered and the content is presented of the main principles of synergetics. A thesis is advanced about the incorrect application of the knowledge concerning self-organization of physicochemical systems to biological and social systems. A conclusion is substantiated that P. K. Anokhin's theory of functional systems is of important significance for development of a new trend in synergetics, i.e., neurosynergetics.
本文探讨了巴甫洛夫·康斯坦丁诺维奇·阿诺欣（P. K. Anokhin）的思想与普遍进化论概念之间的关联。同时分析了阿诺欣的概念与自组织系统理论的相互关系。剖析了当前关于自组织原理的观点。探讨了发展的前提条件，并阐述了协同学主要原理的内容。提出了一个论点，即把物理化学系统自组织的知识错误地应用于生物和社会系统。证实了一个结论，即阿诺欣的功能系统理论对协同学新趋势——神经协同学的发展具有重要意义。
