Abstract
We report the case of a stress fracture of the acromion after arthroscopic subacromial decompression in a 31-year-old female elite tennis player. The fracture was treated successfully by surgical reconstruction using two parallel Kirschner wires and a tension band.

我们报告了一例31岁的精英女性网球运动员在关节镜下肩峰下减压术后发生肩峰应力性骨折的病例。该骨折通过使用两根平行克氏针和张力带进行手术重建成功治愈。
