We analyzed 13 consecutive cases od retinal detachment treated by pneumatic retinopexy (PR) as a primary method of surgery. The postoperative follow-up period was at least 6 months (mean, 9.9 months; maximum, 15 months). In 11 cases (84.6%) the retina successfully reattached after a single PR. In one case (7.7%) the retina was not reattached primarily because of a missed second tear and in one case (7.7%) the retina redetached due to proliferative vitreoretinopathy. A final reattachment rate of 100% was achieved. The final visual acuity from 0.7 to 1.0 in 10 patients (76.9%) illustrates the fact that PR is a suitable method of surgery in indicated cases of retinal detachment.
我们分析了连续13例采用气体视网膜固定术（PR）作为主要手术方法治疗的视网膜脱离病例。术后随访期至少6个月（平均9.9个月；最长15个月）。11例（84.6%）患者单次PR术后视网膜成功复位。1例（7.7%）患者视网膜未复位，主要原因是遗漏了第二处裂孔；1例（7.7%）患者因增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变导致视网膜再次脱离。最终复位率达到100%。10例患者（76.9%）最终视力在0.7至1.0之间，这表明PR在视网膜脱离的特定病例中是一种合适的手术方法。
