Abstract
Twelve cases of cutaneous reactions to TB1 (Thiacetazone associated with isoniazid) occurring on tuberculous black patients are reported: 8 of them are severe reactions (one Lyell's syndrome with fatal outcome). The different patterns of cutaneous side effects of Thiacetazone are reviewed.
