On the basis of clinical observations of 314 patients with neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve and a number of studies conducted on them (EEG, REG, tomography of the intraorbital canal, a morphological study on neurovascular fascicli removed during the operation of neurotomy and etc.) the authors discuss some problems of the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and treatment of neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve.
根据对314例三叉神经痛患者的临床观察以及对他们进行的一系列研究（脑电图、脑血流图、眶内神经管断层扫描、对神经切断术中切除的神经血管束进行的形态学研究等），作者讨论了三叉神经痛的病因、发病机制、临床表现和治疗等一些问题。
