Abstract

The effect of intramuscular administration of ceporin and megacillin in single doses of 500 mg and 1000000 Units respectively on serotonin and histamine blood levels in 34 patients against the background of premedication with droperidol, promedol or atropine was studied. The observations showed that after megacillin injection the serotonin blood levels decreased. Ceporin had no effect on serotonin and histamine blood levels.

摘要

研究了分别单次肌内注射500毫克头孢菌素和100万单位美洛西林对34例患者在氟哌利多、异丙嗪或阿托品预处理背景下血清素和组胺血药浓度的影响。观察结果显示,注射美洛西林后血清素血药浓度降低。头孢菌素对血清素和组胺血药浓度无影响。
