3'3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB) oxidation was studied in the human and rat brain by electron cytochemistry at different periods after death. The product of DAB oxidation localized in mitochondria, lipofucsin pigment granules and erythrocytes. DAB oxidation by rat and human brain mitochondria proved to decrease but slightly even two days after death.
在死后不同时间段,通过电子细胞化学方法研究了人及大鼠脑中3,3'-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)的氧化情况。DAB氧化产物定位于线粒体、脂褐素色素颗粒和红细胞中。大鼠和人脑线粒体的DAB氧化在死后两天甚至略有下降。
