Abstract
The electron microscopic features of pulmonary leiomyomatous hamartoma, very rare neoplasm, were studied. Characteristic smooth muscle cells containing microfilaments, dense bodies, plaques, pinocytotic vesicles, and basal lamina were present. Fibrosis was minimal, which supports the belief that this component is a secondary phenomena.

对非常罕见的肿瘤——肺平滑肌瘤样错构瘤的电子显微镜特征进行了研究。可见含有微丝、致密体、斑块、吞饮小泡和基底膜的特征性平滑肌细胞。纤维化程度轻微，这支持了该成分是继发现象的观点。
