Abstract
PURPOSE
A review of in vivo and in vitro models of colorectal cancer is presented.
METHODS
A retrospective literature review was performed with reference to CD-ROM Medline and Index Medicus.
RESULTS
A comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the models is presented in addition to a summary of individual model methodology and applications.
CONCLUSIONS
Such models are a useful adjunct for surgical research in colorectal oncology.

目的
对结直肠癌的体内和体外模型进行综述。
方法
参考光盘版医学索引数据库（CD-ROM Medline）和医学索引（Index Medicus）进行回顾性文献综述。
结果
除了对各个模型的方法和应用进行总结外，还比较了这些模型的优缺点。
结论
此类模型是结直肠肿瘤外科研究的有用辅助工具。
