Our objective was to evaluate retrograde nephroureteral stent placement in patients with ileal conduits.
In patients with ureteral complications after cystectomy and ileal diversion, retrograde nephroureteral stent placement should be the treatment of choice to reduce patient morbidity, increase patient comfort, and facilitate stent care.
