Abstract

We used sonography to investigate 3 patients with hypertension owing to a Page kidney phenomenon. In 2 cases a perinephric cystic collection was compressing the kidney, while in 1 case there was a large perinephric organized hematoma. When a Page kidney is suspected in a hypertensive patient sonography is a reasonable next step in the evaluation, after the excretory urogram, and may obviate the need for angiography.

我们使用超声检查来研究3例因佩奇肾现象导致高血压的患者。其中2例患者肾周囊性积液压迫肾脏，1例患者肾周有巨大机化血肿。当怀疑高血压患者患有佩奇肾时，超声检查是继排泄性尿路造影之后评估的合理下一步，可能无需进行血管造影。
