A review of analytical methods for determination of dithiocarbamate residues by carbon disulphide evaluation method was made. On basis of KEPPEL method the colorimetric step was modified. For this purpose the reaction of hydrogen sulphide with p-aminodimethylaniline in the presence of ferric and zinc ions to form methylene blue was applied. The coloured compound after a chloroform extraction was measured at 650 nm. The method gives a very high sensitivity of about 2 mug. Recoveries obtained with zineb and maneb for various crops are satisfactory.
对通过二硫化碳评估法测定二硫代氨基甲酸盐残留量的分析方法进行了综述。在凯佩尔法的基础上对比色步骤进行了改进。为此,采用了硫化氢与对氨基二甲基苯胺在铁离子和锌离子存在下反应生成亚甲基蓝的方法。经氯仿萃取后的有色化合物在650nm处进行测定。该方法具有约2微克的极高灵敏度。代森锌和代森锰锌在各种作物上的回收率令人满意。
