The authors present the most interesting examples of anticonvulsant and antiinflammatory active quinazolinones-4 synthesized after 1990. There are also presented quinazolinones-4 belonging to new classes of pharmacologically active compounds-angiotensin II receptors antagonists and cholecystokinin receptors antagonists.
