Abstract
Low transverse incision according to Mouchel is an interesting technique in Gynecology-Obstetrics. Two closure methods are generally used but both inevitably leave a dead-space in the subaponevrotic zone. A simple technical variation, which is rapid and easily reproducible, allows to overcome this inconvenience.
