OBJECTIVE
We report the first case of a subhepatic cystic mass diagnosed in utero that subsequently proved to be a duodenal duplication cyst.
METHOD
Conventional prenatal abdominal ultrasound.
RESULTS
On prenatal ultrasonography, the differential diagnosis was choledochal cyst, bowel duplication cyst, or omental cyst.
CONCLUSION
The prenatal detection of a cystic mass allowed close neonatal surveillance and timely surgical intervention prior to the onset of potentially serious complications.
目的
我们报告首例在子宫内诊断出的肝下囊性肿块，随后证实为十二指肠重复囊肿。
方法
常规产前腹部超声检查。
结果
产前超声检查时，鉴别诊断为胆总管囊肿、肠重复囊肿或网膜囊肿。
结论
产前检测到囊性肿块有助于在新生儿期进行密切监测，并在潜在严重并发症发生之前及时进行手术干预。
