Double contrast examination constitutes an important element in radiological gastric examination. The author examines the history of the term "double contrast" and defines the designation of "double contrast examination". The exclusive use of the double contrast method reduces the diagnostic value of gastric X-ray examinations. Thus a method is suggested that will avoid the disadvantages of exclusive double contrast examination while adequately including double contrast in the gastric examination. This is done by using various methods - according to the problem posed - in order to achieve the double contrast.
双重对比检查是放射学胃部检查的一个重要组成部分。作者研究了“双重对比”这一术语的历史，并对“双重对比检查”的名称进行了定义。单纯使用双重对比法会降低胃部X线检查的诊断价值。因此，本文提出一种方法，该方法既能避免单纯双重对比检查的弊端，又能在胃部检查中充分纳入双重对比。这是通过根据所提出的问题采用各种方法来实现双重对比的。
