When FJO is integrated with fixed orthodontic treatment possibilities are greater than with one system only. Given proper case selection and patient corroboration consistent results are achieved. The Comfort Twin Block design enhances patient acceptance and compliance. Transitional Twin Block Methods to encourage active eruption of teeth result in faster case completion. The Twin Block is a versatile and effective appliance in the correction of Class II malocclusions.
