In Morocco, hydatid disease is endemic and constitutes a major problem of public health. Renal echinococcal cyst ranks third after pulmonary and hepatic locations. We report a case of renal echinococcal cyst diagnosed during percutaneous nephrolithotomy which was treated endoscopically. To our knowledge, this situation has not been reported previously in the literature.
