Abstract
A camera for fundus photography can be assembled from a standard indirect ophthalmoscope, a single-lens reflex camera, and a modest amount of easily available additional equipment. This camera can be used to record moderate detail of the posterior portion of the fundus and optic nerve head and can be used in an office, a hospital room, or an operating room.
