The effects of dioxycol and low-frequency ultrasound alone and in combinations on the microflora of suppurative wounds formed after opening of maxillofacial phlegmons are assessed in 142 patients. Clinical and laboratory findings indicate a higher efficacy of combined use of these treatment modalities, which are recommended for optimal local treatment of purulent maxillofacial wounds.
对142例患者评估了二氧可醇和低频超声单独及联合应用对颌面部脓肿切开后形成的化脓性伤口微生物群落的影响。临床和实验室结果表明,联合使用这些治疗方式具有更高的疗效,建议将其用于化脓性颌面部伤口的最佳局部治疗。
