A conservative approach to the pulpotomy in primary teeth.

This study evaluates the importance of preserving the dentinal roof of the pulp chamber, when the pulpotomy technique is performed, thus obtaining an important reinforcement of the tooth by employing a very simple technique. Therefore, the current vertical fracture of the primary molars is avoided even though a steel crown is not adapted.
