Twelve cases of tumours of the nose and sinuses misdiagnosed at the first time as nasal polyp are reported. Of them, 4 were benign and 8 malignant. The endoscopic technique is helpful to differential diagnosis of benign or malignant lesions and polyps in these areas.
报告了12例首次被误诊为鼻息肉的鼻及鼻窦肿瘤病例。其中，4例为良性，8例为恶性。内镜技术有助于这些部位良性或恶性病变及息肉的鉴别诊断。
