Tumours involving the scrotum are rare and primary malignant melanoma is among the rarest of these lesions. Between 1949 and 1996 only 7 cases have been reported. We present two cases of scrotal melanoma. The current recommendations and management strategies are discussed on the basis of a review of the literature.
累及阴囊的肿瘤较为罕见，原发性恶性黑色素瘤则是这些病变中最为罕见的。1949年至1996年间，仅有7例相关病例被报道。我们报告两例阴囊黑色素瘤病例。并在文献回顾的基础上讨论了当前的推荐方案和管理策略。
