Abstract
The analysis of topical diagnosis of the pancreatic hormonally-active tumor was conducted in 116 patients with the hyperinsulinism syndrome. The trustworthiness of the ultrasound examination (USE) had constituted 16.3%, computer tomography--7.7%, angiography--22.4%. The tumor was revealed with the help of intraoperative USE in 7 of the total 11 patients.

对116例患有高胰岛素血症综合征的患者进行了胰腺激素活性肿瘤的局部诊断分析。超声检查（USE）的可信度为16.3%，计算机断层扫描为7.7%，血管造影为22.4%。在总共11例患者中，有7例在术中超声检查的帮助下发现了肿瘤。
