This review presents our experience in the use of propranolol in the management of cardiac infarction. The drug has now been shown to have a definite place, not only in the prevention of cardiac infarction, but also in the treatment of some of the complications. The drug has also been advocated because it may minimize the extent of myocardial damage.
本综述介绍了我们在使用普萘洛尔治疗心肌梗死方面的经验。现已证明，该药不仅在预防心肌梗死方面有明确作用，而且在治疗某些并发症方面也有明确作用。该药也因其可能使心肌损伤程度降至最低而得到提倡。
