Abstract
Synthesis of 1,2,4,6-thiatriazine 1,1-dioxide nucleosides is now reported for the first time. In order to know the conformation of the nucleosides, a NMR study has been carried out. Anti-HIV-1 and HIV-2 properties of the nucleosides have been tested. These compounds have not shown activity at subtoxic concentrations.

首次报道了1,2,4,6-硫代三嗪1,1-二氧化物核苷的合成。为了了解核苷的构象，已进行了核磁共振研究。对核苷的抗HIV-1和HIV-2特性进行了测试。这些化合物在亚毒性浓度下未显示出活性。
