Phacotopic glaucomas or hypertonias due to lens movements are not rarely in ophthalmology. They are often due to a traumatic pathology. They are seldom due to a congenital or acquired zonular disease. It is very important to recognize the pathogenic mechanism for a proper treatment: pupillary block and/or angular block or phacolytic glaucoma. Lens displacement is possible in three different places, that may lead to different causes of hypertonia, that need different treatments. Laser iridotomy, improvement of lens and vitreous surgery changed the prognosis of this diseases.
晶状体移位所致的晶状体性青光眼或高眼压在眼科并不少见。它们通常由外伤性病变引起。很少由先天性或后天性悬韧带疾病引起。认识致病机制对于正确治疗非常重要：瞳孔阻滞和/或房角阻滞或晶状体溶解性青光眼。晶状体移位可能发生在三个不同部位，这可能导致不同原因的高眼压，需要不同的治疗方法。激光虹膜切开术、晶状体和玻璃体手术的改进改变了这些疾病的预后。
