Ultrasonographic findings in 13 right adrenal gland neoplasms were reviewed. Primary malignancy was the etiology in four patients and metastatic malignancy in nine. Anterior displacement and/or indentation of the posterior aspect of the inferior vena cava was present in nine patients. This sign, although nonspecific, helpful in the localization and diagnosis of right adrenal lesions.
回顾了13例右侧肾上腺肿瘤的超声检查结果。4例患者的病因是原发性恶性肿瘤，9例是转移性恶性肿瘤。9例患者出现下腔静脉后缘向前移位和/或凹陷。该征象虽然不具有特异性，但有助于右侧肾上腺病变的定位和诊断。
