Lipids of Taenia saginata were analyzed by means of thin layer chromatography and gas liquid chromatography. Total lipids comprised about 3.3% of the fresh weight and consisted mainly of triglycerides (65.62%), sterols (19.58%), phospholipids (10.16%). The fatty acids of the triglycerides were mainly unsaturated and differed from those of phospholipids. The parasite has practically no "de novo" fatty acid biosynthesis, although this cestode did synthetize complex lipids from single lipids provided by the diet.
利用薄层色谱法和气液色谱法对牛带绦虫的脂质进行了分析。总脂质约占鲜重的3.3%,主要由甘油三酯(65.62%)、甾醇(19.58%)、磷脂(10.16%)组成。甘油三酯的脂肪酸主要是不饱和脂肪酸,与磷脂的脂肪酸不同。该寄生虫几乎没有“从头”脂肪酸生物合成,尽管这种绦虫确实能利用饮食中提供的单一脂质合成复合脂质。
