We have presented a method by which perfusion can be maintained to the coronary artery while surgeon sutures anastomosis in undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting without cardiopulmonary bypass. The shunt from femoral artery to right coronary artery (RCA) worked well in preventing the onset of severe arrhythmia and hypotension secondary to occlusion of the RCA.
