[Bone marrow infiltration in neuroblastoma].

Bone marrow infiltration if documented at diagnosis in the majority of children with neuroblastoma. Despite its chemosensitivity it is difficult to eradicate. In addition, current methods to detect it following treatment are inadequate. The following two articles report improved results in evaluating the minimal residual disease in the bone marrow. The prognostic and therapeutic relevance will be presented and discussed.
