PURPOSE
To describe two cases of zone III retinopathy of prematurity associated with macular folds and poor vision.
METHOD
Case reports.
RESULTS
Two premature infants with zone III retinopathy of prematurity developed clinically notable elevation of the neovascular ridge with macular folds and poor vision.
CONCLUSIONS
Retinopathy of prematurity in zone III may lead to compromised anatomic and functional outcomes. Notable elevation of the neovascular ridge may be an important risk factor for an adverse outcome.

描述两例与黄斑皱襞及视力不佳相关的Ⅲ区早产儿视网膜病变病例。
方法
病例报告。
结果
两名Ⅲ区早产儿视网膜病变患儿出现了临床上明显的新生血管嵴抬高，并伴有黄斑皱襞及视力不佳。
结论
Ⅲ区早产儿视网膜病变可能导致解剖和功能预后受损。新生血管嵴明显抬高可能是不良预后的一个重要危险因素。
