Congenital absence of flexor pollicis longus and flexor pollicis brevis: a case report.

A case of the absence of the flexor pollicis longus and flexor pollicis brevis alone, a congenital anomaly of exceedingly rare occurrence, is reported. Literature relevant to the absence of muscles and tendons of the hand is reviewed and discussed.
