We describe herein a 41-year-old man who complained of abdominal pain. He underwent surgery, and the diagnosis of mesenteric venous thrombosis was made. The small intestine, mainly the jejunum, presented necrosis on laparotomy, and a 155-cm long segment of it was successfully resected. Anticoagulant therapy was initiated postoperatively, and he is well at present.
我们在此描述一名41岁主诉腹痛的男性。他接受了手术，被诊断为肠系膜静脉血栓形成。剖腹探查时发现小肠，主要是空肠，出现坏死，一段155厘米长的小肠被成功切除。术后开始抗凝治疗，他目前情况良好。
