A review of 1,061 patients who underwent ureterolithotomy of transurethral manipulation revealed 2 factors that are important to consider; 1) the roentgenographic size of the calculi measured at the largest diameter and 2) the location of the calculus. These 2 facotrs in addition to the general medical condition of the patient, the duration of severity of symptoms and the status of the upper urinary tract provide suitable guide lines for individual management of ureteral calculi.
对1061例行输尿管切开取石术或经尿道操作的患者进行回顾发现，有两个因素很重要，需要考虑：1）通过X线检查测量结石的最大直径大小；2）结石的位置。除了患者的一般身体状况、症状严重程度持续时间和上尿路状况外，这两个因素为输尿管结石的个体化治疗提供了合适的指导方针。
