To report indocyanine green angiographic findings in a case of punctate inner choroidopathy.
Fundoscopy, fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography were carried out on a 23-year-old woman who presented with features typical of punctate inner choroidopathy.
Fundoscopy showed multiple small yellow lesions in the retinal pigment epithelium and inner choroid in both eyes and a subfoveal choroidal neovascular membrane in the left eye. The lesions showed early hyperfluorescence with mild leakage in the late phases of the fluorescein angiogram. On indocyanine green angiography, the lesions demonstrated obvious hypofluorescence in the early, mid and late phases.
The fluorescein and indocyanine green angiographic findings indicate that punctate inner choroidopathy affects the choriocapillaris as well as the retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptors. However, it is still not known whether the primary pathology is in the retinal pigment epithelium, the photoreceptors or the choriocapillaris.
报告一例点状内层脉络膜病变的吲哚菁绿血管造影结果。
对一名23岁患有典型点状内层脉络膜病变特征的女性进行了眼底镜检查、荧光素血管造影和吲哚菁绿血管造影。
眼底镜检查显示双眼视网膜色素上皮和内层脉络膜有多个小黄斑病变,左眼有一个黄斑下脉络膜新生血管膜。这些病变在荧光素血管造影早期显示高荧光,晚期有轻度渗漏。在吲哚菁绿血管造影中,病变在早期、中期和晚期均显示明显低荧光。
荧光素和吲哚菁绿血管造影结果表明,点状内层脉络膜病变影响脉络膜毛细血管以及视网膜色素上皮和光感受器。然而,原发性病变是在视网膜色素上皮、光感受器还是脉络膜毛细血管仍不清楚。
