[Appearance of a localized peritoneal mesothelioma seven years after resection of pericardium on account of localized pericardial mesothelioma (author's transl)].

For the first time appearance of a localized benign pericardial mesothelioma and peritoneal mesothelioma in one and the same patient is described. The experiences made in the course of the treatment, the diagnostic difficulties, symptomatology, histology and prognosis are discussed.
