Abstract
The above-described operation is the musculocutaneous ("skin-muscle") flap procedure of blepharoplasty for the lower lid. The author is pleased to state that he has been very satisfied with this technique and that he has experienced no serious complications with it. Although the scar may be somewhat low by most standards, after several weeks it is hardly discernible (Fig. 7).
