Abstract
As a complementary modality, therapeutic touch is gaining increasing recognition. Not only are nurses incorporating therapeutic touch into their daily patient care, but patients also are requesting this healing modality. Nurse leaders also use this nursing intervention to weave their vision of healing into their managerial role.
