Abstract
With telecommunication, health care access is crossing fiber-optic lines. Managing telenursing practice within the current licensure system raises questions: How will practice be regulated? What happens when telenursing crosses state lines? Who is licensed to "surf the Net"? Regulatory agencies are beginning to address these concerns.
