We used the Weiss' coordimeter for studying the fusional effort of 8 patients presenting asthenopic complaints and intermittent diplopia. This method allows us to compare the latent deviation of the visual axis with and without fusion. We analyse the comparative responses through the cases of two congenital superior oblique palsies, one esophoria and five exophoria. In seven out of the eight cases, we propose an appropriate prismatic treatment.
我们使用魏斯坐标仪研究了8例有视疲劳症状和间歇性复视的患者的融合力。这种方法使我们能够比较有无融合时视轴的潜在偏斜。我们通过两例先天性上斜肌麻痹、一例内隐斜和五例外隐斜的病例分析了比较反应。在8例中的7例中，我们提出了适当的棱镜治疗方案。
